Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 31, 2026

Information you provide

When you submit a booking request, the website asks for your name, email address, requested dates, guest count, stay type, optional company name, and any notes you choose to provide. The request may also include a pricing estimate and your acknowledgment of booking policies.

How information is used

Booking-request details are used to review availability, respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, communicate reservation requirements, and, if approved, arrange the agreement and payment.

Identity verification for direct reservations

Before confirming a direct reservation, we require the primary guest to complete a separately arranged identity verification process using government-issued photo identification. The website booking form does not request or collect ID images or identification numbers. Do not send identification documents by ordinary email, text message, or social media. We will explain the verification process and relevant provider privacy practices before requesting identification. Verification records, if any, will be handled according to the applicable provider terms and privacy notice.

Service providers

We use website hosting and infrastructure services, including Cloudflare, and FormSubmit to receive booking inquiries by email. These providers may process information needed to provide their services. If a reservation proceeds, we may provide information about separate payment or agreement services used for that reservation.

Retention and security

Booking information is retained as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, administer reservations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods depend on the type of record and the purpose for which it is held. We take reasonable steps to limit access to booking information, but no online transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Website analytics and stay-search interest

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our website and interest in potential stays. When you select a check-in and check-out date and explore a stay estimate, we may record the requested dates, number of nights, number of guests, stay purpose, estimated price, and whether the dates appear available. We also measure successful booking-request submissions. These analytics events do not include the name, email address, company name, or notes entered in the booking form. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers and collect technical information about your visit. We use aggregated analytics to improve the website, understand travel demand, and evaluate pricing. You can limit analytics tracking through your browser privacy settings or applicable blocking tools.

Cookies and technical information

When you visit the website, hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, and request logs to operate and protect the site.

Signed agreements

If an agreement is required for a reservation, it may be exchanged separately from the website booking form. Agreement records are handled as private booking records, not as public website content.

Your privacy requests

You may email us to ask what booking information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion. We will review requests and respond as required by applicable law; some information may need to be retained for legal, accounting, or legitimate business purposes.
